The four steps
Most projects take two to four weeks once we have your answers.
Step 1: Tell us about you
Start a project on the site and you go straight to a short private questionnaire: your colours, the feel you want, your pages. Most people finish it on their phone in 15 minutes.
Step 2: We design your logo & site
We send logo ideas to pick from, then build your site and share a preview link. Two rounds of changes are included.
Step 3: Launch
We set up your web address, the padlock and Google basics, then switch it on. You pay the balance on launch day.
Step 4: Pix looks after you
Hosting, backups, renewals and small changes are all handled on the care plan. You get on with running your business.
Small changes? Just WhatsApp Pix.
New opening hours, a price update, a fresh photo: message Pix on WhatsApp. You'll get a preview link to check, reply YES, and the change goes live.

How long does it take?
Most logos take one to two weeks and most websites two to three weeks from when we have your answers, photos and text. If you have a launch date, tell us in the questionnaire and we will plan around it.
What if I don’t like the first design?
Two rounds of changes are included for both logos and websites. Tell us what to change and we will rework it. Extra rounds are possible and we will always quote first.
How do changes work after launch?
On the care plan you can WhatsApp Pix with small changes, like new opening hours, prices or a photo. You get a preview link, reply YES, and Tim checks it before it goes live. Five small changes a month are included; bigger jobs (like a new page) are quoted first.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit before we start, and the rest on launch day. The care plan starts on launch day, monthly or yearly. You get a proper invoice for everything.
