What's included
What’s included in the website price?
A site built from our tried-and-tested template with your logo, colours and content, basic SEO (page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and Google setup), and a contact form that is set up and tested. Extra pages, copywriting, bookings or a shop are quoted up front.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting on our UK-region server, the padlock (SSL) kept up to date, your domain renewal, uptime monitoring, backups, and five small changes a month by WhatsApp. It’s £30 a month or £300 a year.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit before we start, and the rest on launch day. The care plan starts on launch day, monthly or yearly. You get a proper invoice for everything.
Ownership and leaving
Who owns my logo and website?
You do. Once the build is paid for, the logo files and the website content are yours. We look after the hosting and the technical side for you while you are on the care plan.
What happens if I want to leave?
Just give us 30 days’ notice. We stop your care plan at the end of the paid period, transfer your domain to you (or give you the code to move it), and send a handover pack: the built website, the source code, your logo files and your content. No exit fees and no hostage-taking.
Timings and changes
How long does it take?
Most logos take one to two weeks and most websites two to three weeks from when we have your answers, photos and text. If you have a launch date, tell us in the questionnaire and we will plan around it.
What if I don’t like the first design?
Two rounds of changes are included for both logos and websites. Tell us what to change and we will rework it. Extra rounds are possible and we will always quote first.
How do changes work after launch?
On the care plan you can WhatsApp Pix with small changes, like new opening hours, prices or a photo. You get a preview link, reply YES, and Tim checks it before it goes live. Five small changes a month are included; bigger jobs (like a new page) are quoted first.
Domains and email
Do you sort out the web address (domain)?
Yes. We check which names are free, register yours for you and renew it every year as part of the care plan. If you already have one, we can move it over or point it at your new site. If you leave, we transfer it to you.
Can I have email on my own domain?
Yes. We can set up Google Workspace for you (you pay Google directly, plus a small one-off setup fee), or set up free forwarding so emails to you@yourbusiness.co.uk land in your current inbox.
